International Shipping:

All orders are sent via recorded delivery using JNE shipment service and shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Orders take an estimated 4-12 business days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you.

If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customers respective country, Misla Collective will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be.

For our customers convenience, Misla Collective offers flat rate delivery charges as the following.

Zone 1 - Indonesia - Free 
Zone 2 – Asia - IDR 150.000
Zone 3 – Australia/New Zealand -IDR 450.000/ $45 AUD / $45 NZD
Zone 4 – USA - IDR 450.000
Zone 5 - Europe - IDR 450.000
Zone 6 - Rest of the world - IDR 450.000

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or additional charges.

Delivery Confirmation: Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been obtained.
