  1. All purchases made on our online store outside Indonesia are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong size or colour, or dissatisfaction with the product.
  2. We take the utmost care to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website. However, please be aware that there may be slight variations in colour or appearance due to handcrafted production of some goods, monitor settings and lighting conditions.
  3. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit. Please note that this is subject to our discretion and the availability of the item in question.
  4. It is important to carefully review and double-check your order before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer during the ordering process, such as providing incorrect shipping addresses or selecting the wrong size or colour.
  5. We strongly recommend referring to our sizing guides and product specifications to ensure the correct fit and satisfaction with your purchase.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of our website.

Orders placed in Indonesia:

Returns and Exchanges:

  1.  We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  3.  Swimwear is non-returnable or non-exchangeable item.
  4.  For exchanges, we will issue a replacement item of equal value. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
  5.  Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.
  2. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  2. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item before approving a return or exchange.
  3. In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange (orders placed within Indonesia only).
